The 400,000 sq ft Network Rail Operations centre called the Quadrant:MK is a the forefront of office developments and is one of the most sustainable buildings in the country. The Quadrant:MK brings together 3000 staff from across the country under one eco-friendly roof, improving the way Network Rail coordinates activities to build a bigger and better railway. The building comprises of four buildings which are linked by a bright central atrium.
LMOB were instructed to compelte the following services for the project:
- Full containment management systems throughout
- Secondary containment systems for specialised services inclduing Fire Alarm, PA, Data and Telecoms
- Imstallation of Lighting, Emergency lighting and Lighting control systems
- LV power Distribution
- Sub-Mains Cabling
- Modular wiring systems for CAT A floor lighting
- Testing and Commissioning of systems
- Electrical Safe systems of Work
Sky B2 Project

Sky wanted to create a flagship building in the heart of the broadcasters headquarters in Osterley, West London. Sky Central was designed to promote a modern flexibility, openness, ease of access and communication to allow and encourage the flow of people and ideas across the business.
LMOB were chosen to complete the full electrical installation within the Sky Central and Energy project inclusive of the following services:
- Supply and install all of the containment management systems throughout inclusive of full bracketry design
- Supply, install and commission off of the general small power and underfloor busbar inclusive of all desk modules, grommets and 3rd part connections
- Install and commission the lighting, lighitng control and emergency lighting systems throughout
- Installtion of UPS system
- Install, test and commisson all of the LV power equipment
- Supply and Install all earthing and bonding throughout
- Electrical Safe Systems of Work for the HV and LV Systems
Kings Cross T1

Kings Cross T1 building is located in the northern area of the prestigious redevelopment of the Kings Cross. The T1 building is a 360,000 sq ft mixed use development of 10-15 storeys in height comprising of residential apartements, duplexes and triplexes with commercial units on the ground floor and a multi storey car park.
LMOB were instructed to complete the following elements of works for the project:
- Full containment management systems throughout inclusive of Residential, commercial and shell and core areas
- LV Dsitrbution
- Sub-Mains cabling
- Full Lighting and Emergency Lighting Installation
- Lighting Control systems
- Full Containment systems for the specialised services
- Small Power Installation throughout
- Full Testing and certification to BS 7671
South Bank Tower

Rising to 41 storeys and punctuating the capitals sky Southbank Tower represents inspired urban living situated on the side of the thames and standing as one of Londons most unique addresses.
The tower residents was built for modern living inclusive of Swimming pool, Gym and Spa, Rooftop gardens, residents lounge, cinema room and 24 hour concierge. LMOB were contracted to complete the shell and core for the tower including the following systems:
- Installation of a full a complete cable management system inclusive of full bracketry design
- Installation of LV distribution equipment
- Supply and installation of the full small power systems
- Installation of the lighting/Emergency lighting and lighting control systems
- Essential and specialist system supplies
- Earthing and bonding
BNP Paribas B1 Kings Cross

The 400,00 sq ft building which is ideally located next to St Pancras Internation station with the Eurostar link to Paris was selected by BNP Paribas to house the new structure of their UK business.
LMOB were instructed to compelte the following works:
- Containment management systems throughout
- ELV containment systems to common basement, LUL tunnels and Realm Atrium sectors
- Full lighting, emergency lighting and lighting control systems
- 11KV and LV Distribution systems
- Small Power systems throughout
- Tesing and Inspection to BS761

Sky's Believe in Better Building was the new education facility for graduates, apprentices and staff training which was developed to reflect the company's sustainable aspirations and based at the Osterley Campus in West London.
LMOB were instructed to complete the following works for the project:
- Installation of a full and complete Containment managemet system inclusive of full Bracketry design
- Installation of main LV dsitribution equipment
- Installation of full LV distribution Cabling and terminations
- Supply and Installation of all small power inclusive of all powertrack items and final connections to equipment
- Internal and External general and specialty Lighting and lighting control
- Emergency lghting installation installed, tested adn certified
- Installation of all Earthing and Bonding systems throughout
- UPS/ATS and Changeover switch installation throughout
- Full testing and commissioning certification of Electrical Systems
